This is a replacement style cone and collar for the JL Audio 12W7 / 12W7AE.
These two parts are fully assembled already so all you will have to do is install your foam and dust cap.
The cone collar ID is smaller on purpose so that you have to open it up to the size of the OD of the top of the voice coil former. This way, you can get the correct adhesion from the ABS plastic collar to the coil former.
